I switched from Progressive (who I had horrible experiences with) for auto at the same time I needed to find insurance for my first home purchase. Unlike others I shopped around with, Mallory sent my quotes over immediately and was happy to make adjustments and answer my questions. When my home insurance started I didn't have to worry about anything. She and her associates even sent over a sweet card with gift cards once I moved.

Fortunately I haven't needed to file a claim, so I can't speak on that experience, but everything has been a breeze so far."
