"I have been with State Farm for many years. I have been very satisfied with the service I receive from this agency. The State Farm agent that I have dealt with for many years has retired. I didn't get any notification from the agent or the company informing me of this which I didn't appreciate or thought was appropriate. I had two annuity policies that recently expired and when I called the office to talk to my agent, I was informed then that he retired months ago. I spoke with Mallory Rodriguez ,who replaced my agent, and I explained to her why I was calling and she set up an appointment for me to go meet her at the office and discuss my annuities that were expiring. There was another State Farm agent at this meeting as well. During this meeting I met Mallory. She was very welcoming and sweet. She clearly understood me and what I wanted. She made a good first impression . She also made a statement to me, which at that moment, I knew right away that she was a honest and helpful agent and was going to be a pleasure to work with as I also have my car and condo insurance still with State Farm. Mallory and Kyra helped me so much with the transfer of my money because no one else was communicating to me about this transfer and they were the only caring people at State Farm that took an interest and made sure I didn't have to stress anymore than I already was. They made everything go through so smoothly and even checked up on me to make sure that everything was OK and that I was satisfied.
